I've watched this town grow over the years as more businesses and people have seen potential in the future of Burlington. To not want anything back after helping someone in need.I was born and raised in Burlington; I went to school here, got my first job here, overall it's a good town.

It is located on the West bank of the Mississippi River and has a population of about 25,000. !Burlington has become a city that is seeing a current rise in crime due to people moving in from different cities. People are friendly. Now there are what seems like constant sirens, weekly shootings, burglaries, attacks of innocent victims, and a very large drug problem. There are still lots of good people in this town who want to see Burlington continue to have success as a smaller town.

There are hardly any jobs.

The town has added different shopping and dining choices over the years but they are still very limited.

How risky is that? Clean it up and keep a nice yard.

I would like to see more family oriented places to do fun activities.Burlington used to be a great place to live. Not too much violence, although there is some.I have lived here my entire life. Nature Centers outside. Many people may say that Burlington has gone downhill because of crime rates, but the truth is crime has gone up everwhere. Plenty of things to do here from funcity, to swimming as well as a great selection of bars and restaurants that are family friendly.Very good community to live in.

Burlington is a town that is always changing, and growing. Moved here from Detroit area and love it. One of the best things about it is that it's right on the Mississippi River, which many people overlook since we always have it. However, it's the largest down in the entire area, and there's not a whole ton to do. The alley is open to people to drive down and the drive down is both exciting and also can be a nerve wrecking experience and the turns are extremely sharp -- all in all, this is a very exciting trip and so worth it!Not many places to go, there is only one place for a family to go and it gets boring after awhile. There are more options there and employment, but the crime there seems to far outweigh the crime in the Burlington area.

Some of the schools could use some improvement. It is a fast growing diverse community. Now, not so much.

Burlington needs to bring something excited that makes eery person from out of state wanna come.I like to go to Burlington because of its size. The crime and violence in the area used to be very minimal and spread out over years time.
