Always worked with the color and cut I want and doesn't just do what she thinks, which happens so often, then you get a cut that is nothing like what you were hoping for.

A FOCUS ON. So much did I love my experience,  I made a commitment to try again next time in town with my daughter - I booked next time I was in town and the two prior folk's I loved were not available so had to go with who was working the day I was in town. The masseuse I had was such an interpersonal woman and the woman who did my facial gave great advice on skincare. To enjoy the possibilities.

Few things - the # 1 is when she got to my hands and feet she seemed to "shut down" with fingers and toes. She didnt tell me why I just didnt hear her rave when I got back to locker. Michelle is amazing!

I've been visiting her for over two years now. She does great color, cuts and styles, and is a sweetheart too. And the staff I have interacted with have all been friendly and professional. !I had my first appointment here and was very excited for a big change. I am getting married next year and could not imagine having anyone else do my hair. She does a great job and is so personable. The spa ladies, such as Laina are top notch, as well!! the customer service to book an appointment is the worse i have ever had to deal with ! For years I traveled from Chicago and Columbus for Casey to cut my hair. This is definitely the place for pampering yourself, a group of girlfriends, or a bridal party. I scheduled just a haircut, but they offered a complimentary back rub and facial along with it.

Autym did my pedicure and she was very sweet. It is beautiful, chic, fresh, and relaxing all in one. She is fun, she is fast and the experience is as pain-free as it can be. She is a perfectionist and what makes a great nail person. We had a very nice experience. Kathleen was awesome in making sure that I had a realistic expectation for how it was going to turn out.
